We met at Tarleton Roundup, where most of the day we hardly saw each other. In the few glimpses, I couldn't help but stare at how beautiful Justene is when she laughs. By the end of the night, we decided to celebrate a hard days work at a friends apartment. The night started with Justene boldly offering to cuddle on the couch and gradually melded into a full cuddle session. As each person went to bed, we both knew we didn't want to leave our spots in each others space, talking long into the night. The TV was barely noticable as we looked into each others eyes, talking about anything we could think of to stretch on our time together. Wrapped in her warm embrace, I barely noticed it was 6am until the sun was peeking through the living room curtains. Could it have been so long already? It felt like a lifetime and a blink all at once.
